MD. IMAM HOSSAIN TAREQ

Mr. Hossain is the head of the chamber and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has had the opportunity to work as a senior associate at Huq and Company, Barristers and Advocates, which is headed by Barrister Rafique-ul Huq, a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and former Attorney General.

Mr. Hossain specializes in various areas of law, including Company and Commercial Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Anti-Corruption Law, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Law, Admiralty/Maritime Law, Customs and VAT Law, Income Tax Law, Environmental Law, Family Law, and matters pertaining to Artha Rin Adalat and Negotiable Instruments. His expertise also extends to Banks and Banking, Security Documentation, Loan Syndication, Project Finance, Laws relating to Letters of Credit, lease finance, and hire purchase, including consumer credit and security documentation. Additionally, he has experience in Contracts, Corporate Law, Employee Benefits, Investments, Labour and Employment Law, Partnership Law, and Property Law.
