Job Context
Job Responsibilities
- Drafting deed of land purchase & land sale, Baina, Deed of exchange, Deed of Heba, Partition and Amicable Partition, Lease agreements, Rental Agreements, Deed of mortgage, Deed of General, Irrevocable and foreign power of Attorney, Deed of Redemption and Revocation, different kinds of agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Tri-Party Agreements, documents creating charge on fixed and floating assets, Partnership Agreement etc.
- Litigations mainly land and civil matters.
- Vet contracts and land documents, drafting different legal documents.
- Dealing with any land matters (Purchase & sales)
- See, Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds bia-deeds, records, purchase, survey map, khatians, dags, DCRs, of CS, SA, RS, BS, etc. mutation, documents, tax documents, and other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and genuinely the purchasable lands and their unhindered.
- Draft legal contracts and manage those deal with all legal issues related to lands and disputes, deeds, contracts, and other civil matter related.
- Providing Legal opinion on different issues.
- Collecting certified copy of registered deed & preserving the registry slip for main deed collection in future.
- Maintaining a data base relating to all acquired property.
- Arrange meeting with respective buyers and sellers to discuss about the legality of proposed property.
- Preparing a file with all relevant legal documents of newly acquired property & preserving the same into a safe custody.
- Providing copy of all relevant documents to the prospective buyer relating to the sale of a property.
- Reviewing, recommending and dealing with the legal matters related to the staff/clients and others as per business requirements by complying with the laws and regulations.
- Guiding management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Handling labor court/civil/criminal court cases through concern chambers. Filing case in Thana/court as and when necessary.
- Maintaining and updating all case files effectively.
- Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
- Providing required documents to bank for loan.
- Providing documents providing necessary information and explanation as required by the bank
- Any other task assigned by the Management related to role.
- Special Qualification:
- Drafting: Pleadings, Memorandum, of Appeal, writ Petition, Different kinds of Applications, affidavit in Opposition, Supplementary Affidavit, Vacant Petition, counter affidavit etc.
- Writing Opinion: Vetting on land/Properties ownership documents, any corporate matters.
- Land related: Vetting (Deed, Bia Deeds, Khatianss, Drafting of Deeds, Documents registry at sub-registry office, Mutation procedure at AC Land office, Land development rent payment at Tahshil (Land) office, Miscellaneous case to the court & Land appellate tribunal.

- Affiliation with concerned government authorities like Land office, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK office, etc.
- Innovative, proactive, and confident.
- Expert in Legal Document Drafting and Bangla Typing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
